In such a competitive area, selling/purchasing a vehicle, as a consumer you have a certain mindset when walking into a dealership. It's not always such a great mindset but Mark, the sales person who helped me, was awesome. He made me feel very comfortable through this process. I soon realized that this comfort level is part of the culture created at this Mazda dealer. My experience with everyone I interacted with was great and it all went very smooth. Liberty Mazda has gained a customer for life.
