After having a bad experience at another Ford dealer, Monaco Ford definitely made up for it!! After recently contacting Monaco to install an electric starter in my Super Duty, I had an outstanding experience! When I called with a few questions and to schedule an appointment, Jerri in service was such a great person to work with!! She was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable with every question! When I walked in, I was greeted by Megan at the front service counter who was also very helpful. She took down all of my information and went through expenses with me! Then I met Andy, he has been installing car starters for years and definitely knows what he’s talking about!! He was very kind and was also able to answer all of my questions about my newly installed product! This dealership was very impressive from my first phone call to my first step into the beautiful and very clean dealership. Lastly, the customer waiting room was so comfortable and it felt like home, sitting next to the fireplace and reading a magazine. I would definitely recommend Monaco Ford to anybody and I will definitely be back for my Super Duty needs! Thank you to everyone in the Monaco crew!!
