2014 lexus used purchase

Recently bought a 2014 Lexus GS used from the company. Everyone was very nice and helpful when I got the car home sadly both low beam headlights did not work. I called the company just to let them know about it and they offered to completely reimburse me for the new bulbs. This is the kind of company I tell my friends about, they didn’t have to offer reimbursement. I wasn’t even quite looking for that, but the fact that they did made me a customer in the future!
