Great sale experience

We purchased an used Ford Escape. This was our 2nd purchase of a Ford Escape but Monaco Ford was such a wonderful and different experience than our last purchase at another dealership. ALL the people were extremely friendly, helpful, and most importantly no pressure sales. Our sales person Jillian was especially helpful sending over half an hour going over all the features of the car and answering all my question. We could not be happier with purchase and will spread the word about what a great experience we had.
