Dealership Sales Review
First contact with the Lia dealership was when shopping for a 2013 CR-V. The Internet sales rep was very prompt, highly competitive, and respectful. I ultimately bought from a dealer closer to home, but distance was the tipping point here. That experience convinced me to give them my business this time around with a 2015 Accord. David Demontigny greeted us and actually listened. We tested a few candidate cars. When we had decided, the negotiation was very fair and lacked the same dumb "that's just a cup of coffee a day" speech and other common tactics you hear everywhere. The Finance & Insurance manager was very efficient and offered the extended warranties, etc., but did not force-feed them at all. Delivery experiences couldn't go smoother. I'm glad I came back! How often do you say that about a dealership?
