Dealership Sales Review
I went to Lia when it was time for a new car because I had a positive experience with their service department in the past. I liked the vibe in the showroom more than some of the other dealerships I have been to in recent months. I worked with Marcell Thomas who had a great personality and made the task of completing my lease and purchasing a new car as painless as possible. Buying a new car is stressful to me since it's a lot of money and you want to get the best deal possible. I was glad that Marcell let me drive a few different cars and didn't try to push me in any particular direction. He answered my questions and was impartial and let me make my decision. I wish dealerships still didn't do that thing where the sales guy has to go ask what kind of deal he can offer or whatever goes on behind the scenes. That part is super annoying. Seems like everyone is still doing that. But it's over, and now, and I have a new car that I really love! (and can afford!)
