Jesse Robles is an excellent service rep. My appointment for was a routine oil change. As always he greeted me with a smile and the service department got the job done as expected on a very busy holiday weekend. I do not take my CRV anywhere but Lia Honda of Enfield and I ask for Jesse Robles.
