Felt like family from the time I walked in the door. Very friendly, courteous, patient and knowledgeable staff. The sales rep, Edwin Guzman, was low key and low pressure sales. Negotiation was easy and they stood by their offers. After the deal was done, Edwin also took the time to sit in my new ridgeline with me to show me many of the intricate features, set up my phone, and Sirius XM radio and had patience with me to answer all the questions I had. Mike took the time to show me all the financing options and worked to get me the best rate. Overall, a great purchasing experience!
