Jay is an excellent Service Advisor he helped me with two of my Services which I had done on my 2020 Ford Escape. I was pretty upset with the things that had to be done. I did tell him I had a warranty and only had the car for two years. He told me he will look into for me. He notified me that my warranty will cover the service with no fee.
