What a great experience from the first phone call that I made to them to see if they can get me what I was looking for and beat the other dealership I was working with and they did juts that. Called me back less then 10 minutes, was at the dealership in less then 2 days and less then a week later I was driving in my 2023 MDX that I was looking for that the other Acura dealership couldn’t find me and they beat their price and I got a better interest rate then I had with my credit union which beat the other dealership I was working with. Everyone was so nice and on top of things from my sales person Stephan King, the general manager Ron DeSilva who was by my side every step of the way, and Rick Miller the business manager who explained everything and made sure I had the best deals possible. They all made sure I was happy and they treated me like family and still do, especially since I’ve called them a hundred times and was a pain but then never turned their back on me and came through with their promises on “add ons” we discussed. Even other salespeople, and down to the detail person there was super nice and always greeted you with a smile and brief conversation. I didn’t feel this with the other Acura dealership I was working with, I kinda felt pushy with receiving emails and calls to come in especially when they couldn’t get me what I exactly wanted and tried to push other interiors, trims and older and newer years at me. And all this after one quick phone call to get EXACTLY what I was looking for and then some. Never settle for your first options or only ones handed to you at that time. Give ACURA OF AVON a chance, you won’t be disappointed I promise!
