Had a great experience buying a car at Acura of Avon due to the exceptional customer focus of the sales consultant Andrew Pimentel and the team at the dealership. Andrew was helpful and knowledgeable and made time to listen, research my questions and address my concerns. The entire process from start to finish was actually seamless and without any added pressure which I especially appreciated because I find car shopping in general (and the expense) a very stressful process; even the test drive was stress-free and informative.
