Chris, my service advisor, was in touch with me in advance of my car needing service. That was great! I was able to plan the servicer for a time when I was out of town, which I loved! And, the detail crew did a fabulous job on my vehicle, which is our family ski/boat/dog/everything car - so it gets dirty!
