I recently had my GLA250 in for servicing (10,000 mile service). Since this is my first MB, I was not familiar with the MB service process. Austin was very customer-centric in his explanation of the process. This allowed me to know what to expect, which is great for a first-timer like me. He carefully explained what services would be performed when I left my vehicle. At pick-up, he thoroughly reviewed the results of the service. Going above and beyond, he showed me how to remove and replace the hatch cover, which I had forgotten how to do since Sales showed me at the time of purchase a year ago :) Austin was kind and personable. I was very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism that I received during my interaction with Austin.
