It always stinks when you need to take your car in for service on something that never should have happened. But MB Littleton did a very good job of taking care of us and our car. Even though it took a couple of days that wasn't really a problem as they told me in advance that it might be a little while and provided a similar loaner vehicle. I had them rotate the tires while they had it and they allowed me to use the $50 off service promo even though because of a printing error I hadn't actually received the physical coupon by the time of the service.
