Mercedes-Benz of Littleton

I purchased a used Land Rover from Mercedes Benz of Littleton and my salesman Le-Len was attentive, personable, and went out of his way to make sure the car was exactly how I wanted it. There were some scratches on the bumper (from the previous owner) and Le-Len arranged for their auto-detailer was able to touch up the affected areas. That was too notch quality service! I would highly recommend Le-Len! Overall the entire purchase process was excellent. There is only one below average mark from this dealership and that was the tire changing kit was not included in the car (someone had previously removed it). I did not catch this until after the purchase. Mercedes Benz of Littleton knew about this beforehand but did not disclose it. I feel as though they should have let the customer know that something vital to the vehicle was not present nor part of the purchase.
