Dead Battery

onThe battery in my daughter's Explorer hit the end and without an appointment, we drove into the service garage to see if the old battery was still under warranty. We were immediately taken care of with outstanding service. Even though we didn't have an appointment, they took our Explorer immediately into the shop and replaced the battery (which was indeed still under warranty). All with wonderful customer service. Thank you team!
