Disappointed (AGAIN)

onI had a issue of hearing a clunk when the breaking came to a halt - they said couldn't find anything even went on a test drive (which I doubt). Took my vehicle to my local mechanic, found the issue immediately, remedied it, told that if left unaddressed it would have been dangerous. this is the 2nd disappointing episode I have had at Autonation, the 1st one took them over 6 weeks and multiple visits to remedy - I certainly would never recommend this service center - additionally I had to wait 5 days for an appointment.
