My 2013 Explorer was having steering and handling problems. I brought the vehicle to AutoNation Ford in Littleton and described the problems to Kevin Skelton a service advisor. The problems were diagnosed and described to me in a clear manner by Kevin . He outlined what maintenance and repair needed to be performed and the associated costs. I had questions which Kevin answered to my satisfaction - even going out into the shop to clarify an answer with the involved technicians. Appointments were made to perform the repair and completed as promised with Kevin keeping me informed. Premature tire wear noted by the technician necessitated replacement of all four tires. Kevin contacted the tire manufacturer and arranged for new tires under the tire warranty saving me several hundred dollars . Kevin took the time to make me a satisfied customer.
