Refused Warranty Repairs

onHorrible experience. Even after pointing out the TSB (technical service bulletin) from Ford detailing what needs to be done exactly & specifically for what my car needed on warranty work for a car that will not run at all, they wouldn't do it. Service Advisor looked at the Technician who refused to work on the car, standing right next to him, and the Tech just kept shrugging his shoulders at me when I asked him about the TSB & why he didn't do it.
