Autonation Littleton, CO for my 2019 RAM Radiator Waranty: May 2023

AutoNation's service is the best. Ryan Shaw who works there is too. So darn efficient. Smart. Well-planned, scheduled, worked on, followup if issues or concerns or authorization to continue work. I have brought my RAM in there so many times since 2019. For minor repairs. For warranty work. And the whole service dept is run so efficiently, politely, and like a well-oiled machine. My 2019 RAM radiator cracked. It was covered under my warranty. It could have taken weeks bc of Chrysler's need to approve such work. But Ryan worked on getting that approval w Chrysler right way. 45 min email and phone call with them. Once authorized, Ryan had the guys do the work. I was expecting to not see my 2019 RAM for 3 weeks. From the time I dropped it off, I got it back in less than 2 full days! Wow! Also, I am reminded how much better AutoNation service dept is when I had to bring my Toyota RAV4 to Stevinson Toyota West. That place is huge. Huge service bays. But assholes for service managers. I drove in on a Saturday for simple 10K oil change and check on my Rav4. 3 cars ahead of me. I sat. I waited. The greeting guy had to wait too, until the service clerk guy behind the counter decided to come out and process me. After literally 20 minutes, i walked in and asked one of the service guys to process my car so I could get going, bc I literally sat there for 20 mins, chatting w the greeting guy. He looked at me with disdain, and made it clear he was in charge, and for me to get back into my car, and "We'll get to you." Wow! In contrast, AutoNation in Littleton is like the Pro leagues. No such 20 min wait times when I bring in my RAM on the agreed upon drop off time and date No arrogant glare. Instead, I pull in. Ryan greats me. We talk, he gets me going right away. Makes me feel welcomed and that I'm in good hands with him. Great job! Truly. Sincerely. I love excellence. And you guys are excellent. Please keep up the good work. It makes a difference. I tell my friends the same about AutoNation's service. Thank you!
