Poor Customer service

Customer Service in service dept and all around was horrible. Car was not fixed properly and of course was my fault . Was told to take my car when it was not fixed …. decided it was something else then charged me 1400 more …. complete scam ….

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I apologize for any inconvenience and that the service visit was not a good experience. That is definitely not the outcome we strive to provide to our guests. It looks like we forgot to add the concern about the "Service Driver Assist" warning message displayed in the driver instrument center during the check in process on Saturday afternoon. We were able to identify the antifreeze leak and make the needed repairs. When you arrived to pick up the car the "Service Driver Assist" message was still on because we did not look into it as a result of not alerting our Technician. When your you arrived to pick up the Blazer we were not aware of your transportation needs, we suggested if you needed the vehicle, you could take it and return when the time was better and you opted to leave it. While testing the Driver Assistance system we found impact damage to the front bumper, forward radar sensor and the bracket that resides behind the bumper. These items were built behind the front bumper and were damaged and needing to be replaced to correct the warning message displayed.
