I own two Honda CRV’s and I have my service work at Planet Honda. I have always had a good experience. They have been flexible with drop off times and usually finish a head of schedule. The service manager I work with is Brian Kotlarek. He has excellent customer service skills. He reports anticipated costs on the front end, if possible returns the car ahead of schedule and overall is just pleasant to work with. I like the “maintenance minder” feature that Honda provides. It ensures you are doing the proper maintenance tasks at the proper intervals.
