Dealership Service Review
I took my car in for a simple recall item and brake fluid change. Made early am appointment at 8:00 and got there early. Left car to pickup later when finished. Service advisor said he would call early afternoon. At 2:00 he had not called, so I phoned. He explained they had not even gotten my car in the shop by this time. I was upset and went to pick up my car without doing the work. When I got there, agreed they would get it done and bring car to my home. They had had my car for 6 hours and not started it, geez. They did not have that many cars for service that day. Been treated terrible by this same SA in the past, Brian K. He is not friendly or helpful, not respectful of females. Worst service I have had after 3 cars purchased in 20 years from this dealership. I am done with this dealership. Beware!
