Exceptional Follow-Up

I had some relatively minor issues with a recent service experience, but I didn't have time to escalate the problems. I just left unsatisfied. They followed up within a day or two to ask about my experience, so I was honest. Then I got another follow-up from Kevin who wanted to hear more about it and figure out how he could make it right. Overall I was very impressed at the extra effort they went through after I had already paid.
