Excellent customer service and advice

Brought my new 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk in for its first oil change. Service was performed while I waited. Service advisor Mike Doht was very helpful and informative. In addition to the oil change, several recall inspections were performed and needed software updates were done while I waited. Mike explained all of the work done. Overall, my wait time was about 2.5 hours. The customer waiting area was very comfortable and I was able to accomplish quite a bit of work making use of the free dealership internet service. Mike also arranged for me to return and have some needed touch-up paint work done on-site by an outside contractor. I am extremely pleased with the service provided in a relatively short time.
