AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West

My car had very serious and extensive issues that were very expensive to repair. It took quite a while to complete and I was happy to get the car back. I g was running great and we took it out for it’s first run of a 40 mile journey round trip. On the way back it died on the highway and it was quite the experience getting it off the highway and pushing it into a parking lot. Six cold hours later we finally got it towed home. Needless to say I was very distressed imagining the worst. This was on a Saturday so I had to wait until Monday to get it towed back to Auto Nation . Marek our service advisor was exceptional. He paid for the car to be towed to the shop to be diagnosed. After it was evaluated it turned out to be a bent valve— an inexplicable issue that neither I or they could explain. Imagine my concern just having spent a lot of money and wondering if I was in for an extra burden. To my elation Merek said that Auto Nation would take care of us knowing it could have gone the other way. I have nothing but praise and gratitude for this outcome and will buy my next car from them.
