Great customer service

Edmund was awesome to work with at drop off and pickup. Answered all of our questions with great customer care. I have worked in customer service for a very long time and when we walked in you could tell he was on the phone with a very “difficult” client (to put it politely) who was blaming him for stuff out of his control which he handled very well and was able to move on and take care of us like nothing had happened.
