Good thing I got a good price. Experience was bad!

Was able to negotiate a good price on my new vehicle, but all other aspects of the experience were horrible. First, after emailing my interest and confirming a visit to the dealership to view the car (45 min each way from my house), the salesman told me that it was not there! He forgot to double check the inventory on the lot. I expressed interest in accessories as we were closing the sale and never received a follow up once the sale was final. Finally, they did not send my title information to the county and I was unable to get my license tags for my vehicle. Again, if I didn't get a good price, I would rate them a 1 star. Everything else has been a pain!
