Why I can't recommend this dealership

onWhy is it that the service center and the sales department don't have the ability to communicate? I should not have to bring in my paperwork when I buy the service and repair warranty and all that I did from you? Your people should be able to look up any thing purchased at your dealership. Whether it is getting a new key or tire if I come to your service area I should be able to get it with just my name and ID. This is not a slam on the employees but on your company. Your people do not have the ability to do something as simple as put the correct address on paperwork after they are told about an error. Very poorly supported by the owners.
