I would not take your car here for any type of service or recall. We brought our 2018 forester here for a transmission flush. They put the wrong fluid in. The car shifts really bad now, when picking up the car I told them the invoice was for the wrong fluid and just lied to me and said the typed it in wrong. They said we had to do an evaporator recall so we did that as well, but instead of doing it the right way with care, they bent our hood latch release lever and lost our engine cover. They also unplugged and de-pinned the wire harness to the radiator cooling fan causing the car to over heat multiple times. This place is an absolute joke. I am not sure how the techs working on our car got hired, no dealership mechanic should be be this incompetent at their job. I will never be taking my car back here we are lucky it still runs after overheating due to them unplugging our fan.
