Joanna helped facilitate the buying process from start to finish. She was able to answer all of my questions and was very responsive via phone, text, and email. It was a very personable buying experience. I gave her my buying criteria and she was able to make recommendations that fit the bill perfectly. I would recommend Joanna and Groove Subaru to anyone interested buying a new or used vehicle.
