Groove Subaru

Upon recently moving to Colorado (without a car), my boyfriend and I were diligently shopping around for not only, a great quality vehicle that would fit our needs, but also for a good deal, that wouldn't break our bank accounts. We are so lucky to have found Groove Subaru, and especially Rolly! He understood and listened to our concerns and needs, and even managed to make the stressful process fun, before even knowing there would be a sale. Despite the fact that a lot of the communication was done via email or phone, the care and effort that Rolly provided was evident in every interaction. We walked away grateful and with the exact car we wanted- not to mention at the best price we had seen anywhere when comparing with other dealerships. The service and attitude shown by everyone at Groove was helpful, kind, and understanding. The customer service was amazing, and we will definitely be back in the future. We feel comfortable knowing that if we have any questions or concerns, at any time, we can call Groove Subaru and they will be more than helpful.
