Dealership Service Review
Please do not ever take your vehicles to this service department. We took our truck there to make sure it was good for a long road trip and it took about 10 days to get it back. Mind you, nothing was wrong with prior to this visit. We drove down the street and about 6 error codes came up on the dash along with a bunch of lights. We took it back the next morning and they had it for another few days. They said it was a simple fix but again, once we got it back, the check engine light came back on. They've had our truck more days out of the last 30 days than we have. It came back worse than when we dropped it off every single time. It's absolutely frustrating when there wasn't any issues to begin with and now it's almost not drivable. The check engine light is on again, it's leaking fluids and has no power We paid so much money and it's very disheartening thinking we were lied to each time, there's zero accountability and I feel we do not have a reliable vehicle anymore. Now we have to find somewhere to actually fix the truck but our trust in mechanics has been severely broken from this experience. The excuse we were given was lack of staffing in the shop. Do not have your vehicle serviced here. Update July 2025: Update to my review above... My husband took the truck back in the morning after we picked it up because yet again, more issues. They told him they would help him if I took down my review. He agreed, then they said they couldn't fit it in, it had to stay there and they would get to it when they could. This would have been the fourth visit. Key words, would have. My husband said no because there is no trust or faith in these mechanics anymore and left. We found a mechanic who was able to diagnose and return the truck back to us in under 5 hours. We received thorough feedback from the new mechanic. It amazes me that the new mechanic was able to give us so much information that the mechanics at Larry H Miller refused to. We now know what is wrong and can now come up with a plan to actually fix the truck. After knowing what is wrong and comparing it to the checklist that was given to us by LHM mechanics, I'm absolutely blown away by the blatant amount of negligence we have recieved. These mechanics put my family at risk and I'm so livid. We spent thousands of dollars here and I want every penny back. I called Andrew at 12:24pm on Thursday July 10th and have yet to receive a return phone call. It is now 22:11 Friday July 11th. It just further validates my point of no one should get their vehicle serviced at this shop. No one cares to put any effort into making it right. Please don't waste your time or money here.
