1. Showed up for my appointment only to be told that an appointment only gets you in queue. It would be 3-5 days before the looked at my car. Could I bring it back then? NO! 2. Requested that they fix an oil leak, and update my GPS sofware. 3. They repaired the oil leak (about 30% above the recommended average cost); charged me $210 to TEST the GPS; informed that the GPS was indeed working (never said it didn't); told my wife that there was no update available, and Jeep automatically "pushes" new updates. 4. That is categorically, FALSE. Jeep does NOT automatically "push" updates. GPS updates are available through JEEP delaerships for $129. We bought one, installed, and it works perfectly. I'm disturbed that they would blatantly lied and dismissed my. WONT' BE BACK!
