Purchased a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit in March 2025 and has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I never complained when they had to jump start the new vehicle and then the vehicle wouldn't start the next day and I was in service within 24 hours. I didn't complain when the service department left their lunch wrappers on the floorboard when putting in new batteries. I didn't complain when they didn't prep the car and cobwebs and windows were not cleaned. Then the vehicle kept having small issues, tailgate not opening, fuel gauge not working etc. Tried to contact my salesman, not response, tried to contact General Manager no response. I finally got a gold of the GM and he said he would get back to me and after a week no call back. Had an appointment to get some diagnostics, show up for the appointment and they tell me 3-5 Days to do diagnostics, no one told me I would be without my brand new vehicle for a week. Bottom line, do not purchase a vehicle here you are just a number and they do not care about you.
