onThe service we received was good and friendly but felt deceived by the information given us on the phone when we called to make an appointment for an oil change. We were told we could just come in, didn't need an appointment, that we wouldn't have to wait too long. Three hours later and 20 miles from home isn't acceptable. We would have been happy to make an appointment.
