Came in to get my transmission flushed after it was recommended 20k miles ago. I found the service staff courteous and reasonably accommodating when I asked to see the oil that came out. That said, the whole process of getting service seems intentionally convoluted and tight-lipped. If you know what to ask you can get the information you want. If not, good luck getting insight into why your car needed a transmission flush early, how the fluid looked when it came out, and what services your vehicle may need next. Also, minus a star for requiring $150 for resetting useless tpms sensors, institutionally designed to rip off the consumer with the bare minimum of effort, and no outside recourse. I would not use this dealer if it wasn't the only ram van service location available. Hooray for monopolies.
