onI wasn't too happy that I showed up for my appointment and left three hours later. Initially I was told I'd be out in about an hour and a half but they ended up taking longer. When I had called in to schedule my appointment I also mentioned that my car was having issues and asked if that could be taken care of as well and I was told yes, well when I showed up I was told I had to schedule a separate appointment for the other issue. It's upsetting when you're told one thing on the phone and another in person.
