I spoke with a new service receptionist who told me that I would have a regular service. Warranty worked, tow covered up to 100, rental paid for 35 per day, one day fix. For there most part Sonia was right! Robert on the other-hand made it difficult at every turn. Telling me my warranty might not work, and I should pay 830 dollars up front. Rentals are not "courtesy" and it will take extra time to convince the warranty to work. Bad news for Robert, I work with insurance in my own job and they were who I called first before speaking with him every time. They had a claim already and simply didn't bill it yet. Sounds like double dipping. They charged me my rental $250 for 2 days in the only car they had, an old van. Then failed to run it against the warranty when according to this unnamed rental company, he has access to bill anytime. The tow up the street one block from the tow company Robbie recommended charged 140 dollars. Everyone at LHMiller was wonderful. Except Robbie whom I always seemed to know more about my car and claim than him. He gets a 0. The rest of the company should not be held liable for one poor employees performance. I promised I would give a 5 star review because I follow through. I hope you are this Robbie.
