I had the worst experience ever at this dealership. None of their employees know what they are doing. General managers included. When I bought my RAM 1500 I noticed the gps and CarPlay werenât working right so I went back to the dealership to get it sorted out. They told me that it would take about 6 weeks to get a radio shipped in. After 6 weeks I called and I was told they didnât have an order for a new radio for my truck so I placed another order. Another six weeks go by so I call back to see if they had news on my radio. Again, no order was placed! After that I called once a month for 6 months to make sure they had an order for my radio and every single time I was told that they could not find my order. Only after I posted bad reviews on them I finally get a call from I think he qualified himself as the manager at parts. Saying that he was sorry and he could help me fix this situation. I took my truck in 10 months after I bought it cause they finally had received my radio! It was supposed to be ready in a couple days instead it took them 5 weeks! 5 weeks! To install a radio!! I could not believe it! Then, after I was told the rental was going to be 0 cost to me, yes 0, my rental cost me about 300$. I donât think that is very fair to a customer that has bought 2 cars from them and is about to get two new ones! They do not deserve my business!
