I took our Jeep for an oil change on a Saturday, when you are not allowed to schedule an appointment, it is first come first served. Third Jeep to arrive. Waited over 2 hours and went to check on the vehicle & found it sitting there. First I was told it wasn't checked in, then after review they told me it was finished but they were not aware so didnt call me. I had other things to do so I left only to find that whoever's got in my Jeep left dirt on the driver's side carpet & greasy hand prints all over the hood. I called the shop & they said I could bring it back to be cleaned. Who has time to drive back over to the dealership to get the carpet & hood cleaned. Employees should respect others possessions & if they cause a mess, they should clean it up. Have respect for others. Always something with this dealers service center. Not good customer service!
