Ordered a diagnostic Run on my 2019 Pickup Truck

onAfter a week I was told that they had to do a whole bunch of work to determine why I had a little miss while idling. All I needed to know which I explained to the Service Dept. when I brought it in was which cylinder was causing the problem. Picked the Truck up and am taking it to another dealer.
