Headliner/windshield replacement

Bought a brand new 2023 Silverado pick up truck back in may 2023, first week I was driving it, it started raining there was water coming in through the windshield on the passenger side! Took about 2 months to get it repaired since there was miscommunication between the call center and the dealer! Finally got it in to repair waited 2 weeks for"parts" to come in windshield/ headliner, picked it up headliner was still stained from watermarks! They didn't even replace it! Now saying GM didn't want to replace it but had me waiting on parts! SMH so disappointed still waiting on a response to see if I can get a new headliner! Which they said it wasn't damaged clearly it's been raining for months out here with obvious water damage, manager tried to call me to make an appt to finally replace it the headliner after I told him what days I was available to come in, never got a response back!!! So unprofessional!
