Technicians faking time spent on alignments to raise bill & joyriding

onCar disappeared for a while from where the dealership put it in the backlot, tech apparently on a joyride when the car and tech were nowhere to be found. Trying to bill for extra time while the car sat forever in the Backlot, then forever on the alignment rack. Management couldn't find the tech, turned out he was testing another car & delaying printing out the alignment report to further make it look like it took forever. Finally adjusted to quoted price
