onNo one answered the phone. Called five times to try and make an appointment. Said each time that I wanted the car serviced with the recall fixed. Even went the extra step to confirm both things done. Had to leave it there another day for them to just do the 2 things they said they were going to do with at least 20 phone calls. Someone actually told me they didn’t have time to make the appointment and to do it myself on the web, of which I had to do, because if they did answer they would put you on hold and never come back.
