Jason at Arapahoe Auto Nation has restored my trust in their service department. My 4Runner Pro needed its 60,000 service as well as the 65,000 service done. I expressed my concerns from past visits to Jason. He listened and expressed his apologies. Jason texted me often with updates of the progress of my Runner and a breakdown of costs. He was professional, personable, and has great communication skills. I feel that I can once again trust Arapahoe Auto Nation with my 4Runner!
