I had an appointment for a 40 month battery to be installed in my 2020 Toyota Corolla. After the battery was installed the technician told me you don't have a 40 month battery, but an 84 month battery was installed, which cost more money.

Dealer Response
Although the battery installed was not the 40 month battery I was led to believe would be installed, I am pleased that I have an even better 84 month battery.
