Clowie the worst

onUsually I have good experiences at Toyota, but not the last two times. The service rep named Clowie is the worst. She left me waiting on my car after it was finished with the service for 45 minutes one time, and the next was almost an hour. She doesn't understand the job and is not thorough with explaining or even knowing what happened in the service appointment. Just lazy. I won't be back there despite how close it is to my home.
