Took my highlander in for an oil change yesterday. Good thing, found out later my front was out of alignment. Autonation Service Manager, Mike, not only found the alignment problem but also gave me the discount for the job. They also honored the free oil change that was given to me as a thank you being a customer. Now that is service!
