Scheduling on-line is easy. I pulled my Toyota up and into the garage. Todd met me at my car and had everything he needed on his tablet. Nothin was pushed on me and everything was clearly explained. I waited inside with various TV's to watch and WiFi to use. I received a text with a video of how dirty my air filters were and asked if I'd like to replace today, with the exact price. I agreed. Later, other recommended options were presented and the estimates they would cost. All of my questions were answered and I was on my way.
